Job Description
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for visitors and candidates; providing a friendly, welcoming environment is of the utmost importance in this position. In addition, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will assist with the management of administrative functions and perform general clerical duties.
This is a part-time position 10AM-3PM Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping reception and Board Room area clean; provide refreshments; maintain library of information and reading; maintain security.
- Answer, screen and route telephone calls and website inquiry emails promptly and courteously to appropriate staff.
- Forward information by sorting and distributing mail and applications.
- Coordinate, order and set up for company lunches and events.
- Maintain office equipment: schedule repairs, restock copier and postage machine. Maintain copier and visitor supplies.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as answering the phone, updating phone list, maintaining files, completing reports, performing data entry or related duties.
