Come join our Team! Busy Home Improvements Company seeking experienced Office/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of office and clerical tasks. If you are dedicated, self-motivated, and looking to grow in this field – this is the job for you!
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls
- Maintain filing system
- Lead generation projects as assigned
- Assist with office and permitting projects as assigned
- Provide assistance and support to our managers, salesmen and other company reps as needed
- Operate a variety of office equipment
- Maintain documents and spreadsheets
- Learn and manage CRM software
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls daily as assigned. Generally for status updates on Claims to Insurance Companies and/or updating Homeowners on status updates
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
- Construction Office Experience a plus
- Strong Communication and Organizational skills.
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
$17-$18 per hour based on experience
