Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, UNICOM and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
-Promptly greet customers and stand when customer is present
- Finalize bills for customers upon departure, accurately posting invoices to their accounts or finishing the transaction with cash or credit cards
- Understand basic aircraft terminology to relay messages correctly pilots and line service
- Maintain complete and accurate flight schedule (on computer)
- Reserve rental cars, hotels for customers
- Routinely keep customer and pilot lounge clean, restroom clean and stocked, keep coffee fresh and hot
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in customer service industry, preferably with high traffic/ volume experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of aviation and aircraft preferred
