About the Role:
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our truck maintenance garage. Your responsibilities include coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and facilitating communication between the fleet team and other departments. This is a critical role that helps keep our fleet in peak condition, ensuring timely transportation and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Maintenance: Schedule and monitor truck maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime and ensuring on-time servicing.
- Maintain Records: Accurately log and update maintenance records, inventory, and parts usage for all fleet vehicles.
- Order Supplies: Track inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure necessary parts and supplies are available for repairs.
- Facilitate Communication: Serve as the point of contact between fleet mechanics, drivers, and management, keeping everyone informed of maintenance schedules and vehicle status.
