Overview:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching teams, and is committed to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Schedule & Saturday Incentive:

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 2 Saturdays per month.
• Saturday Incentive: Choose between:
  ✅ A $250 stipend for working on Saturday.
  ✅ A day off during the week instead of the stipend.

✔ A strong leader with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
✔ A problem-solver who can analyze production variances and implement solutions.
✔ A safety advocate who ensures HACCP, QACCP, and SSOP compliance.
✔ Process-focused with a mindset for continuous improvement and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Train – Develop team skills through training, cross-training, and coaching.
Monitor Performance – Track attendance, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance.
Improve Processes – Investigate production variances and work with maintenance on breakdowns.
Drive Efficiency – Review production numbers, update SOPs, and lead team meetings.
