As the Director of Sanitation , you will lead our corporate sanitation strategy, ensuring compliance with the highest safety and quality standards across all our facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that maintain product safety and quality within our food processing environments. Your leadership will play a critical role in shaping sanitation policies and enhancing our sanitation programs, contributing directly to the overall success of our operations.
Who You Are :
- Sanitation Expert : You bring 10-15 years of sanitation management experience in food manufacturing, with advanced knowledge of FDA, USDA, HACCP, and OSHA requirements.
- Collaborative Leader : Proven ability to work closely with Plant Operations, FSQA, Safety, and external partners to develop and implement sanitation programs.
- Analytical Thinker : Strong skills in tracking, analyzing, and improving sanitation and food protection programs.
- Clear Communicator : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead sanitation initiatives across an enterprise.
