We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and be proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the optimal performance of our electronic systems.
Duties
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various electronic devices and systems.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment, including voltmeters, to conduct tests and measurements.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand circuit designs and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain electronic equipment by performing regular inspections, repairs, and upgrades as necessary.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve processes and resolve technical challenges.
- Document all service activities, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment for record-keeping purposes.
Skills
- Proficient in computer hardware with a solid understanding of mechanical knowledge related to electronics.
- Maintain and repair electronic systems like PLCs, sensors, and automated equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis for production equipment.
- Document schematics, blueprints, and equipment data for effective maintenance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance.
- Familiarity with using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in reading schematics to facilitate accurate repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Competence in using hand tools for assembly, disassembly, and repair of electronic components.
