Overview :
We’re looking for a dynamic Fabrication and Building Facilities Superintendent to lead our first-shift trades operations. In this role, you’ll drive key performance indicators (KPIs), champion continuous improvement, and inspire cross-functional teams to meet company initiatives. You'll oversee a multi-shift operation, leading supervisors and a team of approximately 25 technicians. This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring plant operations meet demands around the clock while maintaining safety, operational efficiency, and team development.
