Overview
Clemens Food Group is seeking a Product Spec Change Manager to oversee and drive changes in our product specifications and master data processes. In this role, you will manage change initiatives, ensure data governance, and collaborate with multiple teams, including Operations, Sales, and Process Engineering. You will be responsible for tracking numerous spec change projects, ensuring accuracy in master data, and improving processes to create a more proactive workflow. This position requires strong leadership, adaptability, and an engineering mindset to ensure the successful execution of product changes.
