Job Overview :
As a Regional Maintenance Specialist , you'll manage maintenance and repair tasks at CVFF farm locations, troubleshoot facility issues, and collaborate with farm managers to ensure safe and efficient farm operations. If you're hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and construction skills and can excel in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform daily farm repairs and maintenance
- Conduct seasonal preventive maintenance tasks
- Train farm techs and enforce process consistency
- Identify and manage facility capital projects
- Oversee construction and maintenance project schedules
- Investigate equipment failures and implement repairs
- Ability to communicate equipment needs to appropriate vendor and contractor.
