What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetics Call Center Patient Services Representative position at Clemson Eye?

Hours vary depending on doctors’ schedules; Must be available Monday through Friday. *Overtime may be required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming calls for the 3 Aesthetics offices.
- Schedules appropriate appointment type with the appropriate provider.
- Directs patient concerns/questions to the appropriate team member.
- Blocks provider schedules for PTO, rep meetings, etc.
- Assists front desk with scanning documents.
- Responds to online requests and schedules request.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information.
- Record minutes from Aesthetic Meetings.
- Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with healthcare privacy laws (e.g. HIPAA).
- Resolve issues related to appointments, billing, and other patient concerns in a timely manner.
