Key Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design:
- Developing a comprehensive architectural design that integrates SMART IT with the BMC Helix ITSM environment, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
2. Implementation Planning:
- Creating a detailed plan for the deployment of SMART IT, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
3. Customization and Configuration:
- Tailoring SMART IT to meet the specific needs of the organization, including custom workflows, forms, and dashboards.
4. Data Migration:
- Ensuring the accurate and secure migration of data to the new SMART IT-enabled environment.
5. User Training and Change Management:
- Providing comprehensive training for end-users and administrators to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of SMART IT.
6. Testing and Validation:
- Conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of SMART IT in the new environment.
7. Post-Implementation Support:
