They are building the infrastructure to bridge the gap between raw models and production-ready voice AI.
About Vapi: Launched in March, we’ve scaled revenue, raised a Series A, and are growing our SF-based founding team.
Your Role:
- Drive Growth Through Experimentation
- Design, execute, and analyze data-driven growth experiments to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Improve onboarding flows, run A/B tests, and refine conversion funnels to maximize user activation.
- Build Scalable Growth Systems
- Develop tracking, automation, and analytics tools to measure performance in real time. Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate growth strategies directly into the product experience.
Key Outcomes:
- Launch and analyze growth experiments, prioritizing conversion and retention.
- Ship a growth feature or experiment within 30 days.
- Improve funnel performance with data-driven optimizations.
- Build dashboards and present insights to the team within 30 days.
- Experience with tools like SQL, Python, and Typescript, with a focus on building and running growth experiments
- Communication: You can clearly articulate hypotheses, results, and growth strategies to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Data-Driven: You rely on data to inform decisions and quickly iterate based on insights from experiments.
