What You Will Do:
- Drive technical growth initiatives by building and scaling features that directly impact user acquisition and retention
- Own end-to-end development of new product features using React, Node.js, Firebase, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with founders to shape product strategy and growth experiments
- Lead technical marketing campaigns and analyze their effectiveness
- Help scale the platform architecture to support rapid user growth
- Contribute to key technical decisions that will shape the product's future
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 2-6 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on consumer applications
- Strong full-stack development skills, particularly with React
- Track record of shipping features that drove measurable user growth
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
- Strong product intuition and ability to balance technical decisions with business impact
