Who you are :
As our Head of Sales, you will lead our sales strategy and team to drive Clerk Chat's growth in the business communications market. You're a dynamic leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution. You have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams, and you're passionate about transforming how businesses communicate.
What you will do :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
- Mentor a high-performing sales team while refining scalable sales processes with our SVP sales
- Create and implement sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting systems
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to align sales strategies with product development and market positioning
- Establish key relationships with strategic clients and partners to drive enterprise-level deals
- Drive the evolution of our sales methodology, tools, and processes as we scale
