What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Revenue Cycle position at Clermont Radiology LLC?
Director of Billing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the billing dept, across the company for a busy Imaging center. The work week will be Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
Essential Functions·
Oversee and organize billing, authorizations, and collections processes.
Manage month-end closing procedures for the billing department.·
Provide or facilitate financial reports and analyses, including cash forecasting, sales statistics, and monthly net sales reports.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
Lead and oversee all aspects of billing and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and collection of revenue while optimizing cash flow and managing outstanding debts
Plan and implement quality assurance measures for all processes.
Oversee and manage staff productivity.
Recruit, interview, and hire new department staff.
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education
Associate degree Required·
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, Preferred·
Five (5) years of managing a Radiology Billing department
Five (5) years of leadership experience
