Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is a market-leading provider of construction equipment and services in western Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland. We are seeking a talented Talent Management Specialist to join our team, providing strategic and tactical support to multiple branch locations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation as an HR Generalist/HR Operations and understands that the business strategy drives the HR strategy. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn the business, understand the challenges, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful and impactful HR solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Support the talent attraction and selection process, including interviewing critical roles and onboarding new employees.
- Performance Management: Partner with managers to improve employee performance and address performance issues, providing regular advice on HR-related operations and supporting decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Training and Development: Train managers and supervisors on HR policies, processes, and best practices, providing ongoing support and development for leadership development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
- Previous HR Generalist experience in employee relations, labor laws, and performance management in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and integrated HCM deployment, ADP experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
