The Director, Talent Management is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive talent management program and framework that aligns with our Core Values and drives our culture of excellence. This role plays a pivotal part in providing the tools and resources to shape our leadership pipeline and ensure a high-performing workforce. In collaboration with the HR Business Partner team, the Director, Talent Management is responsible for leading initiatives around succession planning, talent reviews, leadership assessment, and leadership development programs. This role serves as a subject matter expert and thought leader to the HR Business Partner team and management for topics related to talent management.Responsibilities : Partner with HR Leadership to design and implement an enterprise-wide talent management strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and Core Values and enables growth and development of our current and future leaders.Develop and manage a robust succession planning program to identify and prepare key talent for leadership roles; partner with HR Business Partner team and leadership to prepare actionable development plans for critical roles.Collaborate with the HR Business Partner team to ensure talent management initiatives support business objectives and foster a culture of growth and innovation.Manage the executive talent review process to assess organizational bench strength and identify talent gaps; provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform talent strategies.Drive the leadership 360 Assessment programDesign and implement leadership assessment tools and processes to identify strengths, development needs, and potential for growth using outcomes to guide individual and organizational development plans.Develop and / or recommend leadership development programs and approach that cultivate leadership competencies.Implement strategies for building a diverse and inclusive leadership pipeline.Create and drive all project plans, tools, and resources for all talent management initiativesCreate talent management presentations to HR and business leadership.Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader to the HR Business Partner team and leadership on topics related to talent management.Continuously improve programs based on feedback, industry best practices, and organizational needs.Ensure all activities are in accordance with Cenlar’s approved risk appetite statement and applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent managementDemonstrated ability to develop and implement talent management programs including succession planning, talent review, 360 assessment, and general leadership development programsDemonstrated ability to create executive level presentationsDemonstrated ability to translate Talent Management people analytics for business pipeline developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and present talent management topics to senior managementStrong leadership and collaboration skillsExceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to lead concurrent programsOutstanding ability to work independently and exercise judgment and decision-makingDemonstrate continuous learning in talent management methodologies and best practicesMust maintain the highest level of confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information#J-18808-Ljbffr
