Hydraulic - Inside Sales Representative

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Operations Supervisor /Sales Representative.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an operations supervisor/sales representative for our Hydraulic Rebuild & Machining/Chroming business. The Ideal candidate will be responsible assisting daily operations, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of hydraulic repair & machining options with a proven record of accomplishment in sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations of hydraulic repairs & machining/chroming in our two facilities, including scheduling, exchange inventory management, and turnaround time.
• Follow and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities from incoming customer calls, including potential partnerships and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and external sales representatives by providing excellent customer service support.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers & shop superintendents to ensure timely and accurate pricing/repair services.
• Track performance metrics and report on key insights to management.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent years of experience in hydraulics, machining engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Proven experience in operations management and sales, preferably in the hydraulic or industrial equipment industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel as needed.

Desired Technical Skills/Experience:

• Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
• Strong knowledge in machining as it relates to fabrication, repairs, and reverse engineering.
