Cannon Automotive Solutions, Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Janitor/Landscaper in our Cleveland, TN stamping facility. The Janitor/Landscaper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the facility. The ideal candidate will have prior janitorial and landscape experience, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary Of Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, performs routine and preventive maintenance cleaning duties
- Cleans washrooms, changes garbage cans, mops, and sweeps the floor
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Collects and disposes garbage/waste to the proper disposal bins
- Complete non-routine/emergency cleaning for aisle, facility, and press clean-ups
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain outdoor areas.
- Remove weeds, debris, and litter from parking lots, walkways, and grounds.
- Maintain and repair outdoor structures, such as benches and fences.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintains a safe and clean work area
- Maintains the cleanliness on the outside of the facility (parking lot, windows, etc.)
- Maintains the employee walkways during winter season (snow shoveling and salting)
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Previous janitorial or landscape experience
- Ability to operate cleaning and landscaping equipment safely
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
