Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Respond to codes and critical situations, providing expert care to patients in need.
- Serve as a resource and educator to colleagues, promoting best practices and sharing knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other caregivers to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ED or ICU setting, with a proven track record of responding to codes and critical situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a strong commitment to process improvement and patient-centered care.
