Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Manager to join our facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a comfortable and safe environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the functions, daily operations, and caregivers in the Environmental Services department.
- Provide effective utilization of personnel, policies, and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
- Continuously inspect assigned areas to ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance is being performed.
- Coordinate and provide orientation, education, and training.
Requirements: One year of experience as a Work Leader, Team Lead, Project Manager, or Supervisor. A bachelor's degree may substitute the experience requirement. EVS operation and chemical use knowledge, floor care experience, ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, and ability to travel throughout the hospital system are essential skills.
