This role supports the expansion of Cleveland Clinic’s virtual hospital care model, a strategic objective of the organization. You will interact with virtual hospital leadership teams, program administrator, nursing director, and directors while working with the Implantation Team from both Florida and Ohio.
A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.
Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.
Act as liaison between the department and outside communities.
Serve a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Assist with the budgetary process.
Manage, develop, implement and maintain operational systems and activities.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and five years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and four years of experience
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving abilities
Strong presentation, communication and training skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master’s Degree
Healthcare experience
Experience with managing a project of $500k or more within a hospital setting

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
