Job Summary
Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital is seeking a Facilities Team Member to create a comfortable and safe environment for patients. The ideal candidate will work day, evening, night, or weekend shifts from 3:00pm-11:30am or 11:30pm-7:30am.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Environmental Services department's daily operations and caregivers.
- Ensure effective utilization of personnel, policies, and procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
- Continuously inspect assigned areas to ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance.
- Coordinate and provide orientation, education, and training.
Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Work Leader, Team Lead, Project Manager, or Supervisor.
- A bachelor's degree may substitute the experience requirement.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of EVS operations and chemical use.
- Floor care experience.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
- Regular handling and use of disinfectants and other cleaning agents and chemicals.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- FOLLOW standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
