Job Summary
Leads Center of Instructional Technology & Distance Learning (CITDL) in the architectural, development, installation, operation, and continuous maintenance of audiovisual and instructional equipment and systems infrastructures. Develops the strategy for comprehensive service and support for classroom technology, healthcare technology integration, event support, collaboration technology, and media services. Leads collaboration with campus clients to develop strategies and initiatives, budgets, and implementation plans. Coordinates with campus trade areas, vendors, Capital Planning, and external contractors to install, repair, and maintain audiovisual and instructional technology equipment. Provides high-level technical leadership and collaborative management for all CITDL, collaboration technology, and media services activities. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, telecommunications, computer science or business management or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in the audiovisual industry.
- Experience supervising, managing and/or leading people.
- Industry certifications include Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), Extron AV Associate Certification, Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), or other relevant technical certifications.
