Supports case selection, case management, and litigation. Reviews and enters data related to wrongful conviction and pardon, clemency, and expungement applications. Collects and digitally organizes key case documents into electronic filing system. Conducts research via internal records, trial and appellate court dockets, and on-line databases. Prepares and pursues public record requests. Answers phone, written, and email inquiries. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in paralegal studies, or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience as a paralegal.
- OR Ohio Bar Certified Paralegal
