Job Summary
Oversees operations of the professional development programs in the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management (CPNM). Serves as the primary point of contact for participants during the recruitment, onboarding, and class components. Assists with marketing, sales, and recruitment plans. Identifies and pursues grants to ensure sustainability of programming, while overseeing the center’s budget and financial operations. Travels to oversee program participation and implementation. Conducts program evaluations and recommends strategies to enhance marketability. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in urban studies, public administration, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, or program management.
- Experience in budget management and/or grant writing.
- Ability to travel to attend conferences, meet with stakeholders, and oversee program implementation throughout Ohio.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under the CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
