The Vice President, 3rd Party Strategy Leader – U.S. Health Solutions will have a significant impact in this role. Consumer Benefit Solutions is one of the fastest growing businesses within Aon Health Solutions, growing in double digits continuously over the last 3 years. We offer Product Consulting, Communications Consulting, and Field Counseling to our clients and consumers, helping over 2 million consumers enroll in Benefits, accounting for over 200 million in premiums. This role is responsible for setting goals, prioritizing partnerships, and client opportunities for revenue growth.
What the day will look like
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Consumer Benefit Solutions business within Health Solutions.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work with leadership to define Aon’s Strategic Partnership goals and objectives.
- Create standard SLAs and scorecards for Aon to measure the health of key partnerships.
- Report quarterly results for all defined partnerships.
- Review and update the Advisory scope of services and SOPs with leadership and SMEs.
- Act as the primary internal and external executive sponsor for Advisory solutions and client Advisory sales.
- Manage a team of Advisory Consultants to complete client deliverables.
- Stay up to date on market trends that impact client needs related to BenAdmin services.
- Use existing data and Aon relationships to identify potential opportunities.
- Work with the Consumer Benefit Solutions team to track and manage BenAdmin capabilities determined through the RFP process and client feedback.
- Communicate with 3rd Parties throughout various events.
Required Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.

Salary range :
The target salary range for this position is [$170,000 to $185,000] annually. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location.
