THE ROLE :

We’re looking for a VP of Marketing to lead the strategy for customer acquisition and engagement, brand marketing and loyalty. Our ideal candidate has at least 8 years of direct experience working in acquisition marketing, with 5 years in a leadership position.

What you’ll accomplish :

• Use an ROI driven mindset to build and execute the end to end marketing strategy.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop a deep understanding of customer value drivers.
• Lead a team focused on driving consumer behaviors that maximize engagement and revenue generation.
• Generate and test new concepts and tactics that transform insight into action; scale successful pilots, and transfer to go-to-market initiatives.
• Provide a thorough, detailed and evolving understanding of customer profiles through research and analytics.
• Serve as a key leader within the organization, leading and supporting cross-functional innovation teams.
• Significantly increase and influence the brand’s presence within the paid, micro-influencer and organic social media, display channels and paid search and positively impact member acquisition and activation.
• Direct online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including the site, search engines, social and media publishers to ensure business goals and objectives are met, including traffic, acquisition and conversion.
• Develop and oversee optimal digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to maximize buyer growth.
