Job Summary :
The Vice President, Audit & Accountability is part of the Global Operations (GO) department, responsible for implementing ideas across all brands and disciplines. The Global Quality team holds operators and owners accountable to our Standards, improving the guest experience through tools like guest surveys and hotel audits. The Audit & Accountability team leads the Brand Standard Audits program and the Global Accountability program.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team engaged in standards and audit development and management.
- Execute the Global Accountability Program, looking for improvement opportunities.
- Partner with brand, discipline, continent, and corporate sponsors to enhance guest experience.
- Manage audit & accountability budgets and relationships with external consultants.
- Mentor team members for professional growth.
