The VP – Voice Products reports to the GVP – Commercial Product & Marketing. As a member of this leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Voice products that maximize value for Frontier and deliver outstanding experiences for our customers. As the Voice product owner, this role has end to end accountability for product and customer success, from strategic roadmap definition, product development and launch, through delivery and customer support, integrating P&L discipline into all workplans and decisions.

They will be expected to work with industry experts, vendors, and key third party partners to understand drivers and trends and communicate to internal cross functional peers, executives, and field systems a clear product strategy designed to maintain Frontier Communications position as a leader in the industry.The incumbent will lead development and deployment efforts and supports performance standards, business policies and master plan for the product portfolio, continually evaluating existing products and services i.e. Switched and Dedicated Local and LD services, Centrex, 911 and VoIP product including SmartVoice, Frontier Anywhere, Unified Communications by Frontier and SIP Trunking, and adjusting strategies and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Additionally, the incumbent will work closely with key internal constituencies in Technology Engineering, Development & Operations, Marketing & Sales, Customer Care, Field Service, and Finance. Total lifecycle management leadership is expected, including focus on product P&L, operational performance, and product life-cycle scenarios.Qualifications
BS / BA degree required.Executive level experience leading a team of professional resources and managing highly effective internal and external partnerships.Understanding of convergent strategies, industry players, competitors, customers, vendors, and technologies required.Subject Matter Expert of internet voice technology (Switched and Dedicated Local and LD services, Centrex, 911 and VoIP product including SmartVoice, Frontier Anywhere, Unified Communications by Frontier and SIP Trunking).Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop both short and long-term product / services plans required to bring products to market.Proven ability to work independently with little direct supervision.Proven ability to manage and / or direct other self-motivated individuals.Proven ability to get things done in a matrix environment essential.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to travel.Preferred :
