Clever Devices LTD. seeks a highly skilled Senior Technical Operations Manager to lead our 24/7 TAC department. This individual will manage and oversee the daily support operations of a team of TAC Engineers/TAC System Support Engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to support teams.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer support.
- Serve as point of contact for TAC.
- Oversee system troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in a technical support or engineering environment involving hardware, software, data, and communications technologies.
- 5 years in a Call Center/Help Desk environment or Technical Support Management role.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's level degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
