Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our Cliantha Research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the security of our systems, and providing technical support to users. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, information security practices, and solution architecture. The IT Administrator will play a crucial role in optimizing our technology resources and supporting the overall goals of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Implement and monitor information security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Design and develop system architecture solutions that meet business needs.
- Oversee the software development life cycle (SDLC) for various applications.
- Administer virtual environments using VMWare and ESXi technologies.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and queries.
- Must be good with telephone systems (SIP)
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices.
- Experience with solution architecture design and implementation.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with VMWare and ESXi virtualization technologies.
- Excellent computer management skills with a focus on system design and architecture.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
