Job Description
Job Summary
Succeed through the success of others! There is tremendous opportunity to create small and big “wins” for our clients, many of them in small practices or underserved markets. The country’s healthcare system is evolving. Being a positive force of change is the challenge.
The consultant/coach role (aka Advisor) works closely with clients and others on the AHIT team to advance practice and care goals. The majority (like 99%) of the work is done virtually. The job includes providing education and guidance to healthcare organizations in various subject matters (see above list in Overview), understanding their goals, helping them to overcome barriers, and working collaboratively to develop plans of action for a pathway to success!
This is not a road-warrior type job but occasional travel may be necessary (very occasionally!). Our main office is located in St. Pete. Our team consists of in-house staff as well as those who work from private, suitable home offices (if qualified)

Understand clients' challenges, beyond the current engagement, and offer other applicable services for their overall success.
Document client-facing efforts, correspondence, and advice in company-approved systems. (Full disclosure - nobody likes this part of the job, but client's want accountability and they pay for our time and expertise!)
