Duties
- Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized.
- Answer and direct phone calls using effective phone etiquette, providing information as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining electronic records.
- Provide support to medical or dental receptionists as needed, including patient interaction and appointment management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Experience with phone systems and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in office management or clerical roles is preferred.
