ClickHouse is actively seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to serve as the architect of our Salesforce instance across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this critical role, you will become an integral part of our organization, collaborating with the GTM teams (Sales, Partner, Support) and corresponding operations' teams, along with Sales Product and Marketing to ensure that our Salesforce implementation is efficient and will help us scale in our next phase of growth.

ClickHouse is actively seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to serve as the architect of our Salesforce instance across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this critical role, you will become an integral part of our organization, collaborating with the GTM teams (Sales, Partner, Support) and corresponding operations' teams, along with Sales Product and Marketing to ensure that our Salesforce implementation is efficient and will help us scale in our next phase of growth.
What you will do:
- Serve as the Salesforce administrator owning the design of our Salesforce instance, proactively suggesting best practices, keeping our design simple and stage appropriate for our company size.
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our Salesforce tool across Sales and Service Cloud.
- Owns both current and net new Salesforce integrations with other vendors and apps (e.g., LeanData, Segment, Slack, Incident.io, enrichment tools, etc.).
- Helps maintain data hygiene. Monitors and resolves flow errors. Ensures that enrichment tools are working as designed, account hierarchies are accurate, etc.
- Ability to work in partnership with business stakeholders and help refine business requirements and corresponding technical roadmap.
- Own resolution of backlog for Salesforce-related issues and enhancements (e.g., GitHub repo).
- Manage our release cycles through the use of Salesforce DevOps centre and GitHub ticket management.
- Maintains accurate and current documentation of Salesforce instances.
- 5 years minimum of experience as Salesforce administrator/architect
- At least 1 prior role at a SAAS start-up bringing best practices on what is needed for go-to-market teams in a fast-growth environment
- Hands-on experience of a Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud implementation or re-implementation
- Familiarity with managing multiple data enrichment sources in Salesforce (e.g., Clearbit, Zoominfo, Clay, etc)
- Expert in Salesforce Apex language
- Expert in Salesforce flows and Lightning components
- Understanding of both Sales and Support environments, i.e. Sales and Service cloud
- Minimum of Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud certifications
- Great communicator with the ability to understand complex concepts, translate business requirements into technical requirements, and speak to them concisely and effectively
- Builder mindset willing to iterate and leverage AI
- Experience working with other vendors to build supporting integrations
- Nice to have: Marketing tech stack knowledge, e.g., Marketo
