We are on the look out for an ambitious and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role will report to the GM US and C-suite and work closely with the Senior Growth Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Creative Specialist, Community Specialist, and the Global Team.

What's Oppizi?

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance marketing. We've built technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer five channels: flyering, Door-to-Door, Direct Mail, Insert Marketing (insert flyers in Brand packages). We operate in 12 countries, with the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and many others. We are building the first all-in-one platform dedicated to offline marketing, designed to empower individuals and businesses to excel in their offline marketing efforts.

Job Description

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Offline Marketing Specialist to lead our non-digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus on organizing and managing offline events, conventions, dinners, and partnerships to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, offline marketing, and relationship building, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

This role will work closely with the GM US, and C-suite to ensure alignment between offline and digital marketing strategies, helping to create a cohesive and impactful marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Small Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute offline small events, including networking/dinners gatherings and trade shows
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics


Above-the-Line Marketing:

  • Develop and execute non-digital marketing campaigns, including direct mail, print media, and outdoor advertising
  • Ensure brand consistency across all offline channels


Market Research:

  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for offline marketing and event participation
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with digital marketing teams to align offline and online marketing efforts
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve overall marketing strategies


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and measure the success of offline marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular reports on event performance, ROI, and key metrics


Customer insights:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies


Sales enablement:

  • Develop tools and documents to train sales teams to effectively communicate the product's value


Requirements

Must-haves & requirements

Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing, Saas preferably in the US
  • Extensive experience in B2B Go-to-Market execution, managing product marketing initiatives from concept to execution
  • Deep hands-on expertise in launching B2B products in the US


Industry Knowledge:

  • Excellent understanding of the US market, particularly in the B2B space
  • Strong knowledge in B2B Go-to-Market strategy: experience developing and executing GTM plans, including segmentation, pricing strategies, and sales enablement


Organizational Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines


Marketing automation tools

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Clay, Lemlist)


Creativity & Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative offline marketing strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges during event planning and execution


Travel:

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the US to attend events and meet with partners


Technical Skills:

  • Technical coding skills appreciated (SQL, Python, HTML, JavaScript...)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the company's Industry and company offerings (e.g., direct mail, offline affiliate)
