Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

Independently supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a designated unit

Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans

Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness

Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Qualifications

LPN or LVN License (Required)

CPR Certification (Required)

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Starting at $26.00 per hour
