What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating title recovery, reassignment, and lien releases for repossessed equipment.
- Working with state agencies, financial institutions, and third-party vendors to process and secure titles.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal title regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams, repossession agents, and legal representatives regarding title statuses and required documentation.
- Assisting in resolving title discrepancies and working proactively to eliminate title-related delays.
- Supporting the collections and asset recovery teams in facilitating smooth equipment transfers.
- 1 or more years of experience in title processing, repossession, asset recovery, or a related field.
- Understanding of title laws, lien releases, and state regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- 3 or more years of experience in title-related roles or asset recovery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with asset management software.
- Familiarity with multi-state title processing or regulatory nuances.
