What are the responsibilities and job description for the TITLE INSURANCE CLOSER position at The Title Team?
The Title Team is seeking an experienced Title Insurance Closer in our Grand Marais office.
The Title Closer will provide outstanding customer service relating to the sale and refinance of real estate. The Closer will obtain payoffs, prepare settlement statements, coordinate and schedule closings, document preparation and disbursing of files. The closer will confer with Realtors, lending institutions, buyers, sellers, surveyors, attorneys and courthouse personnel in order to exchange title-related information. The Title Closer completes the real estate closing process; ensures compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions. The Title Closer conducts closings with customers, realtors, lenders and attorneys.
We are looking for individuals who are dynamic, outgoing, highly detailed and organized.
The Title Insurance Closer job is a full time, Monday through Friday position. The Title Team is an excellent employer offering a multitude of benefits.
