Compensation : $75,000 - $90,000 annual rate plus 10% bonus based on knowledge, skills, and experience
Modality : Hybrid (up to three days of WFH)
FLSA Exemption : Exempt
Exempt Schedule : Full-time
What you'll be doing :
Participating in all aspects of month-end close and close analysis
Assisting with the preparation of miscellaneous bank reports
Assisting with approvals and payments
Researching and correcting out-of-balance situations between the general ledger and sub-ledger
Conducting account reconciliations
Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis of financial data as needed
Assisting with bank, financial, and tax audits
Documenting and monitoring internal controls
Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
What you have :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
What will make you stand out :
Advancing towards a Master's degree in Accounting or an MBA
Three years of public accounting experience or five years of accounting experience
Experience in the leasing or finance industry
Familiarity with the following software :
QuickBooks Online
Bill.com
Salesforce
Divvy
Expensify
