About Us : ClickUp, a hyper-growth software company transforming the productivity space, is looking for a highly driven and capable Performance Marketing Manager to lead our YouTube Video Action Campaigns (VAC) and assist with additional paid video and social channels as needed. This role will work closely with the Head of Performance Media on strategic planning but will focus primarily on the hands-on execution of campaigns that drive growth.The Role : As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations of YouTube VAC campaigns, optimize ad performance, and work with the Creative team to drive impactful ad testing.
