ClickUp is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager that has strengths in developing comprehensive, end-to-end Accounting and Month-end close strategies. This individual has a strong and balanced understanding of accruals, stock-based compensation, payroll and internal controls. This individual also possesses above average Excel knowledge and project management skills.

The Role:
- As a Corporate Accounting Manager, you will support the accounting close process and assist on strategic initiatives to further improve and automate the close.
- Develop and implement internal controls in compliance with SOX.
- Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, and other key financial reporting processes.
- Utilize strong analytical skills while partnering with FP&A to investigate reconciling differences and unexpected budget differences throughout the flux process.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and annual reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Lead initiatives to enhance and automate accounting processes. Identify opportunities to implement technology solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy in the financial close process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- CPA designation strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including Big Four public accounting experience and private experience preferably within the SaaS/Technology sector. We are open to considering candidates who are looking for their first role out of public accounting.
- Proven experience with ERP Software (Netsuite) and accounting close software (Floqast).
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to direct and supervise.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously and operate independently.
