We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven GTM Enablement Specialist with a specialized focus on cold calling and outbound sales to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training and resources that empower our sales team to excel in cold calling and outbound prospecting. Your work will be central to improving our outreach strategy, increasing conversion rates, and driving overall sales performance through effective, confidence-building techniques in cold calling.
As a key member of the Sales Enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our salespeople are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling Training & Coaching:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive cold calling and outbound prospecting training programs, including scripts, objection handling, best practices, and role-playing scenarios.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to refine their cold calling and outbound prospecting techniques and improve performance.
- Create a standardized process for cold calling and outbound prospecting that incorporates modern strategies.
Content Creation & Resource Development:
- Design and produce cold calling and outbound prospecting resources such as call scripts, email templates, objection handling guides, and sales playbooks.
- Curate and update a library of best practices, videos, case studies, and other materials that can be leveraged by the sales team during cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Sales Enablement Tools & Technology:
- Collaborate with the sales to ensure cold calling and outbound prospecting tools are fully optimized to support outreach efforts.
- Provide training on the effective use of cold calling and outbound prospecting technologies, such as dialers, outreach software, and lead generation platforms.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and measure the success of cold calling and outbound prospecting campaigns, using data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with sales leadership to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cold calling and outbound prospecting, such as connection rates, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
Best Practice Sharing & Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of learning by organizing regular cold calling and outbound prospecting workshops, peer-to-peer learning sessions, and feedback loops.
- Stay current on cold calling and outbound prospecting trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate new methods into training content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related role with a proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, is highly desirable.
- Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, Sandler Training) is a plus.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of cold calling and outbound prospecting techniques, objection handling, and sales scripting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coach and engage sales reps of varying experience levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Tools:
- Familiarity with cold calling and outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, Dialers, Pocus, Apollo, Gong).
Training & Development:
- Experience designing and delivering sales training programs, particularly focused on cold calling, prospecting, and outreach.
Results-Oriented:
- Proven ability to drive improvements in sales team performance, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
High preference for candidates based in Pacific Time, Mountain Time, or Central Time.
