Responsibilities:
Following are the day-to-day work activities:
Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coaching: Mentor team members on SAFe, Scrum, and Agile best practices, specifically within the context of Guidewire.
Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team performance metrics, such as burndown charts.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement within the team.
ART Coordination: Assist teams in coordinating and participating in Agile Release Train (ART) events.
Guidewire Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the Guidewire platform to support and enhance development processes.
