Client Command has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant provides support to the Office of the CEO, contributes to the strategic planning of the business operations, as well as manages the daily operations of the office. Ultimately the success of this role is indicated by the success of the business and the specific executive members it supports. Duties / Responsibilities :
- Primarily provide support to the CEO and the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support the executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
- Meeting and event planning, including monthly companywide meetings, executive events, etc.
- Welcome and assist invited guests in the office.
- Maintain inventory of officeand breakroom supplies.
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage CEOs calendar including personal meetings and appointments.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements including some personal travel.
- Prepare monthly expense reports.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Perform other duties within the scope of the role.
