Client Command has an exciting opportunity for a Performance Specialist. The Performance Specialist will monitor and deliver high-level consumer metrics/reports. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive intelligence ensuring that our teams are equipped with up-to-date information about trends and developments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for upgrading and updating reports, knowing what data we have and how it can be used, all with a focus on the consumers we target on behalf of our dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance against established metrics to identify underperformers.
- Track and assess the impact of implemented changes on dealer performance.
- Review match data to identify discrepancies or missed matches.
- Oversee data feeds related to database email ordering to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor media platforms for errors, performance issues, or spend anomalies that may indicate underperformance.
- Serve as the primary resource for Google Analytics insights, delivering data and consultation to support informed decision-making and consumer marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Content Strategists and Dealer Services teams to develop audience targeting, marketing mix recommendations, and performance strategies for client success.
- Generate timely, accurate ad-hoc reports and actionable insights for leadership.
- Contribute ideas and assist in the development of new materials to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables) required.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, presenting insights in clear, concise formats.
- Experience securely handling and transferring sensitive data.
- Proven collaboration skills across multiple departments and teams.
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to identify and manage high-priority tasks effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on tactical execution.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new tools, systems, and processes.
- Adaptable and comfortable making quick, informed decisions in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills; able to inform and update stakeholders appropriately.
- Capable of balancing strategic and operational perspectives.
- Skilled in recognizing patterns and making strategic connections.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently through to completion.
