As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for certifying the compliance of our products with industry standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspecting finished parts using specialized tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines.
- Providing detailed documentation and reports on any quality issues identified during the inspection process.
- Utilizing your proficiency in CNC programming for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Applying your knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Operating various inspection and measuring tools, and utilizing testing methods.
- Interpreting blueprints and applying proficiency in SolidWorks and GD&T.
- Programming CMM, preferably using PC-DMS as the program language.
