Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, refining, and upholding safe and cost-effective manufacturing processes. They will collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and spatial requirements for new structures or renovations and prepare detailed design specifications, materials, equipment lists, estimated costs, and construction timelines.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and Refine Processes: Support research, design, and development of safe manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and equipment.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with stakeholders to define functional and spatial requirements for new structures or renovations and prepare detailed design specifications.
- Facilitate Change Management: Facilitate change and implement Lean principles to improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Project Management Experience: A track record of managing manufacturing startup projects, including scope development, business case analysis, execution, and closeout.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership experience and a team-oriented mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Minitab.
- Lean Principles: Practical experience with Lean principles and proven success using Lean tools.
