- Must be local to MA / NH and be able to work onsite 5 days per week. The Global company is located near the Greater Concord Area near the NH border.
They are seeking a Sales Compensation / Commission Analyst to join the Sales Analytics team.
In this role, you will help design, administer, and drive key processes that facilitate Sales compensation and goal reporting, Sales compensation payouts, strategic sales planning activities specific to compensation plans, and the integration of new initiatives into key reporting processes or compensation plans worldwide. You will be a key member of the Sales Analysis team.
Responsibilities :
Interface with sales management, sales operations, and the Customer Fulfillment Center team to review and analyze data to ensure sales reps are accurately credited for their sales transactionsResponsible for monthly and quarterly sales compensation plan changesManage Deal Registration and Commission Deviation ProcessWork directly with Sales Operations leaders as well as partner with critical stakeholders in cross-functional teams to coordinate efforts in researching, addressing, and resolving compensation disputes and apply new processes to avoid further discrepanciesResponsible for issue escalations and response to sales teams on inquiries as requested, ensuring issue and error resolutionManage Sales Compensation Structure in Salesforce.comPrimary Analyst for field sales leadership on all reporting needs and ad-hoc requestsManage Quarterly New Hire Training ProgramEducation Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree (Business or Finance)Experience Requirements :
5 years of experience with sales compensation planning and / or Commission AnalysisAdvanced Microsoft Excel (reports, dashboards, pivot tables, lookups)Experience with Salesforce Required.Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding reporting deadlinesCommitment to excellence and strong customer service focusExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across all functionsStrong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting, and conflict resolutionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach to challengesAbility to drive change management and integrationCollaborates effectively across partners and stakeholders to align compensation process work, reporting, direction, and execution.Ability to act independently and exercise independent judgment and discretion within generally defined practices and policies to carry out responsibilitiesProactive, self-starter who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and strict deadlines in a complex, distributed organization.Competitive Base salary and 10% Bonus plus RSU's
